Between sprinkle pools and banana jungles, here’s why Miami’s Museum of Ice Cream is the sweetest spot in town
Spanning over 14,000 square feet across two floors, the museum invites kids and adults to let their imaginations run wild and reconnect with their inner child. Think: swimming in sprinkles, wandering through banana jungles, indulging in unlimited ice cream, and, for those 21 and above, imbibing on ice cream cocktails. It’s the ultimate hotspot for date night or fun with friends snapping endless selfies.
“With this museum being a permanent build, I was able to push the boundaries of design and interactivity, making this the creamiest, most colorful, and tastiest museum yet,” shared Maryellis Bunn, co-founder and co-CEO of Museum of Ice Cream. “You’ll see sensory elements from taste, touch and smell incorporated throughout.”
Pushing the experience further, the Museum of Ice Cream Miami teamed up with sensory experts from International Flavors and Fragrances to create a multi-sensory tasting adventure that takes guests on a flavorful journey inspired by the tastes and scents of tropical Miami.
Guests are invited to explore 10 interactive, Miami-inspired installations throughout the museum. Before you dive into your indulgent adventure, here’s a sneak peek at four must-see activations you won’t want to miss:
